How much do consultations cost?

Pricing is confirmed when you access our booking form. However, if you want to clarify pricing before this, please feel free to contact us on 0808 1963 688.

How do I book follow up sessions?

These can be booked at the end of your first session with us. On average, we see people up to four times. Our aim is to discharge you when you are happy with your progress and happy to continue your regime without supervision.

How can I pay for my appointment?

We accept payment by credit or debit card during the online booking process. If you are unable to pay for your session online, please call us on 0808 1963 688 to arrange payment over the phone.

Sessions are not fully confirmed until payment has been made.

Once you have booked and paid for your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder or contact us.

You will receive a reminder email in the lead up to your appointment.

I am under the age of 16, can I still attend my appointment?

Yes, but you must be accompanied to your appointment by a responsible adult.

What if I need a chaperone?

We can facilitate a chaperone for your appointment on request.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you give our clinic more than 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This will allow us to schedule another client into that appointment time.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you may be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment. Failure to attend an appointment will also result in a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.

We will endeavour to rearrange your appointment if you inform us with more than 24 hours’ notice that you are unable to attend.

Will you share my medical information with anyone else?

You will be asked to complete and sign a consent form prior to the medical this will include your permission to share any relevant information with other health professionals and your employer, regarding your fitness to work or restrictions that may be required. No confidential medical information will be shared with your employee.

Can I have a remote consultation?

Absolutely! We are able to deliver many of our services remotely. If you would prefer a remote appointment just let us know and we will facilitate this for you.

In some instances you may need some initial treatment face to face, where this is required we will always discuss this with you first. Our clinic environment is cleaned thoroughly before and after all appointments and our clinicians use full PPE when delivering direct treatment.
