In July 2021, the HSE sent out guidance for OH providers, to continue to protect the health, safety and welfare of workers and practitioners. Businesses are required by law, to have regular health surveillance for their employees, when exposed to the following regulations.

  2. Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
  3. Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017
  4. Control of Lead at Work Regulations 2002
  5. Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005
  6. Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005
